Waterfall Glen

I had a really nice easy run last night...Yasser and I went to Waterfall Glen. It's a forest preserve that surrounds Argonne National Laboratory. I had never been there before; I have to say it is very nice from the little bit I saw.

We walked and jogged about 3/4 mile out and then "raced" back. Yasser doesn't really have a sense of how to pace himself so he bolted in the beginning and then had to walk while I ran past him and finished before him :p I really hope he works on his cardio...seems like he can never keep up with me ;)

Btw...tomorrow is the big race!
